These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Career & Business Solutions LLC (“CBS LLC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website, services, programs, workshops, and communications. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
CBS LLC provides career coaching, consulting, training, workshops, and outplacement services designed to support professional development and career strategy. Services may be delivered through one-on-one sessions, group programs, workshops, or employer-sponsored engagements.
CBS LLC does not provide employment placement, recruiting, legal advice, financial advice, or mental health counseling.
2. No Guarantee of Employment or Outcomes
While CBS LLC provides strategic guidance, tools, and support, no guarantees are made regarding job placement, employment outcomes, income level, or career advancement. Results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including market conditions and client effort.
3. Discovery & Clarity Call Requirement
All services begin with a Discovery & Clarity Call, which serves as the required entry point to determine alignment, readiness, and appropriate scope of services. Completion of a Discovery & Clarity Call does not obligate either party to proceed with additional services.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Participate actively and responsibly
- Meet scheduled appointments on time
- Use services for lawful and ethical purposes
CBS LLC is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete information or lack of participation.
5. Use of AI-Supported Tools
CBS LLC may use responsible, AI-supported tools to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and insight. These tools assist with analysis, drafting, or organization but do not replace human judgment.
Client data is not used to train public AI models. Use of AI tools is subject to confidentiality and data-handling standards consistent with our Privacy Policy.
6. Payment, Fees, and Refunds
All fees for CBS LLC services are disclosed prior to engagement and must be paid in accordance with the applicable agreement or booking terms.
All services are non-refundable. Once a service is purchased or a session is scheduled, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, or changes in circumstances.
Payment plans, if offered, are subject to the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement.
7. Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending all sessions. Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows may be forfeited at the discretion of Career & Business Solutions LLC.
CBS LLC reserves the right to determine whether a session may be rescheduled or forfeited based on the circumstances and applicable service agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by CBS LLC—including frameworks, templates, methodologies, training materials, and proprietary tools—remain the intellectual property of CBS LLC unless otherwise stated.
Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
9. Confidentiality
CBS LLC treats client information as confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Confidentiality does not extend to information that is publicly available, required by law to be disclosed, or provided in employer-sponsored programs as outlined in applicable agreements.
10. Employer-Sponsored Services
For employer-sponsored or program-based services, CBS LLC may share limited participation information with the sponsoring organization in accordance with contractual agreements. Career strategy discussions and personal insights remain confidential unless otherwise required.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CBS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the website or services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service at issue.
12. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless CBS LLC from claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.
13. Third-Party Platforms and Links
CBS LLC may use third-party platforms (e.g., scheduling tools, CRM systems, payment processors). CBS LLC is not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party providers.
14. Termination of Services
CBS LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms, engages in abusive behavior, or uses services for unlawful or unethical purposes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Changes to Terms
CBS LLC may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
