Fayth E. Brice is the Founder & CEO of Career & Business Solutions, LLC (CBS LLC), a career strategy and workforce support firm supporting individuals, businesses, and organizations through purposeful career transitions and preparation for the evolving world of work.

With 34+ years of federal service, Fayth’s background spans career development, workforce strategy consulting, and federal security operations, including experience in personnel security, adjudications, physical security, and facility security. This breadth of service informs her practical, structured approach to helping clients navigate complex career decisions with clarity and confidence.

Fayth holds multiple professional credentials, including Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), Certified Career Transition Coach (CCTC), Evidence-Based Coach (EBC), Academy Certified Resume Writer (ACRW), and Strong Interest Inventory® Certified Practitioner. She also holds a Certificate in Applied Generative AI from Johns Hopkins University, which informs her responsible and ethical integration of AI into modern career development practices.

Through coaching, assessments, and skill-building engagements, Fayth supports clients across résumé branding, career navigation, interview preparation, and personal branding.
